Kavechi is currently in development.
No physical products are available for purchase at this time.
If preorders or early purchase opportunities become available, the following terms will apply unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Change of Mind
Once products are officially available for sale:
We may offer refunds for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided:
• The item is unused
• The item is returned in original condition
• All components are included
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will offer:
• Replacement parts, or
• A full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
This is provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
